Refund policy

In the unlikely event that we are not able to fulfil your order then you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card. If there is an error in fulfilment of your order then please contact us and we will correct the error or refund as necessary. We reserve the right to request return of print or gift items before a refund will be issued.

Delivery

We use Bangladeshi Currier services to deliver your order. We may chose to use Bangladesh Postal Services in case a currier service is not available. We may also hand deliver order if it's within our local offices. We reserve the right to use any currier or delivery service. The shipping & handling cost is $2.99 USD or equivalent currency. We reserve the right to change shipping rate anytime.

Turnaround Times

Most print orders are dispatched same day if received by 4pm Sunday day to Thursday. Most recipient receive their order in 2 business days following dispatch. Larger orders and those with special instructions may require more time. You will receive an email notification as soon as the order is dispatched. Most gift items require up to 3 working days before dispatch. Some other items such as Albums and Mug prints require longer. Turnaround times are shown in the shopping basket and in order confirmation emails. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for delays by the Bangladesh Postal Service or Currier. However, if after one week after dispatch the order has not been received we will re-print and re-dispatch at no cost to the customer.

Payment Methods

The total order cost will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time the order is made. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal & Google Checkout. All payment transactions are encrypted and conducted over secure servers. Please note that we are under no obligation to accept any order placed by you and we will not be treated as having accepted any such order until you have received confirmation from us that we have done so. This confirmation will be by e-mail.

Photo Quality and Picture Cropping

Thumbnail images in the shopping basket will show the effects of cropping for the selected print size and if you wish you can edit the crop.
